SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Hen's Teeth ships with the following couriers: FedEx, DHL, GLS.

Free shipping on orders over €400.
You will receive a tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
All orders are processed automatically and associated with the selected shipping method.
Deliveries take place during office hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the courier will make two additional delivery attempts.
No, it is not possible to fulfill this request at the moment.
You can track your order using the code in your confirmation email.
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you'll receive notifications via email or phone. The courier will also send you shipping status updates.
If you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
You can return or exchange all items ordered on the barbanerastyle.com website within 14 days of delivery. Items purchased during the final sale can be exchanged but are not refundable. All sales of items purchased during the sale are final.
Items must be returned in their original condition complete with original packaging.
To make a return or exchange, follow the instructions below:
1. Please ensure that the items are returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags and warranty seals intact and still attached. The original packaging, such as boxes, dust bags, and other packaging, must accompany the return.
2. To initiate the return, refund, or exchange process, fill out the return form (which you'll find with your order) and follow the instructions, or make the request from your account if you have one. For both returns and exchanges, you'll receive a confirmation email. For any questions, please contact us at info@hensteeth.co
3. Place the items to be returned or exchanged in a box, preferably the original one, and make sure it is well sealed.
4. Hand the package over to the courier indicated by email. For returns made via FedEx or DHL, you will receive a waybill to attach to the package.
5. Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been verified, you'll receive an email confirming the return acceptance and the refund. Please note that refund processing times depend on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. In the event of an exchange, you'll receive a confirmation email when the new size or color has been shipped.
6. Please note that if you exchange a size or color, your request may be canceled if the requested item is unavailable. In this case, you can request a Store Credit to use for all items in our online store.
Hen's Teeth reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been adequately communicated, sent after the established terms or returned in conditions different from those in which they were received (see point 1).
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All size and color exchanges are free.
Orders will NOT be shipped on holidays. Our holidays are:

You can select your shipping country in the box at the top right or at the bottom of the site.
The order must be shipped to the same country indicated on the website where the purchase is made. Selecting a different shipping country may change or empty your cart.
For home delivery, your order will be delivered by courier during office hours. Please note that a signature will be required upon collection for security reasons.
After the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for subsequent delivery attempts.
ORDERS
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within minutes of placing your order by email by completing the form in the “Contact Us” section and entering your order number.
If you entered the wrong delivery address, please let us know the correct one promptly by email.
Once your order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
You can complete your purchase on hensteeth.co by logging into your account or continuing as a guest.
If you use an account, you can access the site from any country listed. Make sure you're logged in from the country you want your order shipped to.
By creating an account on barbanerastyle.com, you'll have quick access to your order details and can make the checkout process easier and faster.
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that's not yet available, but will be released soon. The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page and may vary due to the production process.
- Mixed orders (in-stock and pre-order items): The products will be shipped in two separate shipments, but shipping costs will only be charged once.
- Orders with pre-order items and different shipping dates : All products will be shipped together with the latest estimated shipping date.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of purchase.
Products
Purchases on the Hen's Teeth website are reserved for private individuals.
Our prices include VAT in Europe, where applicable.
The receipt issued for each order is sent with the package. If you have an account, you can access it by logging in.
Please note: Once your order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to modify the receipt details or issue a new one.
All orders are shipped in a Hens' Teeth branded package.
If your order is a gift, you can let us know in the "notes" section at checkout and request to include a personalized message for the recipient.
Hen's Teeth sells its products exclusively through the following channels:

- Authorized specialized shops
Please contact us to report counterfeit or unauthorized resale of Hen's Teeth products.
Regarding the authenticity of products sold online or in authorized stores: We do not certify the authenticity of products over the phone or by email.
To ensure that the products are authentic and original, purchase them from the Hen's Teeth online shop, or through the authorized distribution network.
PAYMENTS
Hen's Teeth accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Paypal, Paypal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, KLARNA
If the system does not accept your order, please check that the information you entered is correct.
If all the information is correct, please contact your credit card issuer and, if necessary, notify our Customer Service.
Once we receive your return and verify that all refund requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund request will be processed on the same day it is accepted. The refund will be processed through our payment system within 7 business days of receiving confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card issuer.
